The LEV125 is a machine specifically engineered for cylinder honing of motorcycles and cars, as well as for all other precise industrial applications where this operation is requested.
The sturdy structure of the machine grants an extremely accurate surface finishing.
The honing head feed system is carried out with a piston started by an hydraulic unit, and the valva-activated adjustable feed ensure the best finishing. Moreover, a selector enables the operator to move the honing head manually or automatically, through adjustable control switches. The honing head’s rotation has three different speeds to expand the possible applications of the machine.
A quick workpiece clamping system and an efficient cooling plant with pump and settling tank complete the standard equipment.
