BST860 cylinder head work station allows all kind of operations on cylinder heads as disassembling, reassembling and their all-around control in an efficient, practical and safe manner.
Several adjustments of BST860 grant to find always the best working position: in fact the head can be firmly locked, by a fast clamping system, on the 360° roll-over table, allowing therefore an easy access of its points.
The bench is provided also with a pneumatic cylinder for operating on valves assembling and disassembling: it offers, thanks to its several regulations, plenty of working positions to be adapted to all kind of cylinder heads; it’s activated by a foot pedal which leaves always the hands free and is equipped with a pressure regulator complete of filter that grant a wide working pressure adjustment.
