The MJ1000 cabin is the ideal solution for cleaning industrial molds with a very complex morphology. It is indicated for the cleaning of molds used for the production of: traditional soles and for safety shoes, sports shoes, ski boots and foam footwear, technical articles, o-rings and gasket, rubber articles for the pharmaceutical sector such as o-rings, special seals, plungers for syringes and stoppers for containers, trays for bakery products.

Its flexibility of use makes it effective on all metal surfaces with adherent dirt difficult to remove, even on the latest generation compounds and difficult grease.

The BicarJet® MJ1000 power supply unit uses only compressed air, water and Meltron® bicarbonate, a specific quality of sodium bicarbonate studied by us to increase the efficiency of the process.

The ease of use allows the operator to work in total safety even without training.

It is ideal for cleaning pieces with a maximum size of 600 × 600 mm and a maximum weight of 150 kg.
