DST-DEGREEZ/3P is an aqueous, premium weak-alkaline industrial cleaner developed by DST Chemicals. It is engineered for the metalworking industry to remove heavy oil and grease contaminants from robust components while providing temporary indoor corrosion protection.

- Primary Function: Weak-alkaline degreasing and temporary rust prevention.
- Metal Compatibility: Safe for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and various multi-metal alloys.
- Concentration pH: Approximately 10.9 at standard working dilution (~11.3 in raw concentrate).
- Standard Mix Ratio: Typically operated at a 5% concentration in water.
- Operating Temperature: Energy-efficient formulation that runs foam-free starting at 38°C.
Performance Strengths
- Built-In Corrosion Protection: Formulated with an integrated temporary corrosion inhibitor. This protects washed iron and steel components from forming flash rust (iron oxide) during interstage storage or the drying phase.
- Excellent Demulsification: The chemical forces washed processing oils and greases to rapidly separate and float cleanly to the surface. This allows oil skimmers to easily purge the waste, keeping the underlying fluid bath clean and drastically extending its overall life.
- Process Adaptability: Designed for high flexibility, making it equally effective in automated high-pressure spray cabins, immersion/dip lines, and ultrasonic cleaning tanks.
