DST-DEGREEZ/9 is a highly concentrated, water-based alkaline degreaser engineered by DST Chemicals for heavy-duty metal cleaning and remanufacturing operations. It is specifically designed to eliminate high-temperature cleaning processes, allowing plants to achieve excellent degreasing results while dramatically slashing energy and water consumption.

• Primary Function: Heavy removal of oil, grease, wax, and carbonized contaminants.
• Metal Compatibility: Multi-metal safe, including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, and copper.
• Concentration pH: Approximately 9.4 at normal operating mix ratios (9.1 for the 9E variant).
• Operating Temperature: Effective at low temperatures starting from 35°C to 45°C.
• Application Methods: Compatible with automated spray washers, immersion/dip tanks, high-pressure flow systems, and ultrasonic cleaning equipment.

• Extended Bath Lifetime: Features advanced demulsifying properties that rapidly separate oil and grease from the wash water. This allows oil skimmers to easily remove the waste, keeping the chemical bath clean and extending its usable life to over 12 months in many commercial plants.
• Energy Savings: By lowering traditional washing temperatures from 80°C down to around 42°C, it cuts energy consumption by up to 45% and reduces rapid water vaporization.
