K-LINE Ball 

A simple, fast method for sizing the inside diameter of bronze guide-liners. Made of high quality tool steel, hard chrome plated, with a special ground double ball configuration that quickly sizes the inside diameter and eliminates reaming or honing. (Use with KL5758 or KL5759 Broach Holder/Driver shwon below with Air Hammer.

IMPORTANT: to obtain the recommended finished guide I.D., a slightly larger ball broach will be required (due to material flowback that occurs during this sizing operation) typically , .001" (0,025mm) to .0015" (0,038mm) larger then the desired finished I.D.
