The High Performance chuck employs an enhanced gripping mechanism, now securing the valve stem at three points spaced 2.75 inches apart. This tri-point grip ensures an even more precise alignment between the valve face and stem guide, resulting in concentricity and alignment accuracy to within two ten-thousandths of an inch.
Our High Performance chuck retains the versatility Kwik-Way is known for, accommodating an expanded range of automotive valve stem sizes. The compensating feature has been refined to handle even the most challenging valves with irregular circumferences or size variations along their length.
The air-assisted operation and engineered valve stop makes changing valves lightening fast. The precision balls and collars are manufactured to exacting standards in our U.S. factory, ensuring unparalleled accuracy across the entire chuck assembly.
