KWIK-WAY Valve Stem Stop Assembly

The Valve Stop Assembly (025-0635-03) is a component for assisting in achieving consistent and accurate valve stem lengths during the grinding process. This assembly, which includes a thumb screw for easy adjustment, is designed to be added to the V-Block Assembly (012-0160-00) on the SVS II Deluxe Valve Refacers.

Originally standard equipment on 50 Hz machines, the Valve Stop Assembly is available as an optional accessory for 60 Hz Valve Refacers. While most engines in the U.S. do not require this level of precision due to engine design differences, it becomes invaluable when working with engine models that demand extremely tight tolerances or are difficult to adjust.

When used, the Valve Stop Assembly, in conjunction with three additional parts, guides the valve stem length, ensuring all valves are ground to the exact same length. This precision is essential for optimal engine performance and longevity.
