KWIK-WAY SVSIID Grinding Motor Spindle O-Belt

This O-Ring Belt, designed for the Spindle Grinding Motor, is a critical component for Kwik-Way SVSII Deluxe (SVSD) and SVSII Standard (SVSS) valve refacers. Two of these “Poly Belts,” which are designed to stretch to fit and operate on both 50 Hz and 60 Hz machines, are required per spindle. They are essential for driving the grinding wheel at 3450 RPM and are specifically engineered to isolate motor vibration, ensuring a smooth, chatter-free finish. Proper installation, including maintaining motor alignment and replacing both belts simultaneously, is crucial for preventing premature breakage and optimizing performance. Note: these belts have a very tight fit, which is normal for proper tensioning.
