The PV0535 leveling table is a piece of equipment designed and built to be used on COMEC leveling machines for machining cylinder heads and engine blocks.

New PV0535 Manual leveling table, is compatible with the majority of surfacing machines:

Once the head is fixed on the table, it can be tilted according to your needs, in order to then proceed with the work.
The PV0535 Manual leveling table streamlines the clamping process, enabling swift adjustment in both directions by rotating the two handwheels - delivering a fast, firm and accurate result.

The Air cushion feature, connected to the compressed air system, with a pressure of at least 6 bar, permits effortless a smooth and light displacement of PV05353 Precision leveling table.
By opening the air flow, the air cushion generated underneath the fixture base allows to floats the PV0535 away from the machine table, in order to be repositioned accordingly for the surfacing process.

With PV0535 levelling table, any workpiece can be clamped and leveled within seconds.
