The TT-1000N ultrasonic cleaning equipment is designed for intensive industrial use, featuring a 1000-litre tank and delivering 6800Wp (13600Wp-p) of ultrasonic power via four submersible emitters.
Each emitter, constructed with 2.5 mm thick AISI 316L stainless steel and 34 IBL piezoelectric transducers in titanium, ensures powerful and uniform cleaning.
A reinforced pneumatic platform supports loading and unloading of components up to 500 kg. Additional features include a 1½” drain ball valve, height-adjustable silentblock legs for stability, a pneumatically operated insulated tank cover in stainless steel, and an air blow gun for effective part drying.
