COMEC RP1300 cylinder head and block resurfacer

The RP1300 is a resurfacing machine for cylinder heads and blocks of cars and trucks, as well as for all flat surfaces requiring a high level of surface finishing and accuracy. The technology and design adopted on the RP1300 combine tested solutions, such as the flat and V-shaped lubricated slides on the base to grant an excellent run fluidity, with other innovative features, like the tabele feed through a recirculating-ball screw with adjustable speed feed and the inverter for spindle speed regulation or the automatic cycle for milling operations. The RP1300 is supplied with segment-holding plate for the grinding of cast iron or aluminium cylinder heads with pre-chambers and with an aluminium resurfacing tool. Other accessories are available on demand, such as the milling cutter plate with eight inserts or the CBN-PCD tool-holder for high speed resurfacing of cast iron and aluminium respectively.
